Once you receive a letter from the Department of Health Investigator notifying you that your
license is under investigation for alleged violations of the practice act the clock starts ticking.
The letter will ask you to provide a copy of your curriculum vitae (your resume) and submit a response.
Do not make the common mistake of thinking that this is not a very serious matter
or that you did not do what you are accused of and file your own response.
Everything you say will be used against you by the prosecuting attorney for the Department of Health.
When do I need a consultation?
When you first receive the letter of investigation that is the best time to call for a free initial consultation to discuss the administrative process and your options.
