Megan Blancho Inducted into the 2026 Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame

The Law Office of Megan Blancho, P.A. is proud to announce that Megan Blancho has been inducted into the 2026 Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame, receiving recognition in the Professional/Business category.

The Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women selected eight women for the 2026 Hall of Fame, honoring individuals whose leadership, service and accomplishments have made a lasting impact on the community.

Megan’s recognition reflects both her professional accomplishments as an attorney and her commitment to serving the legal profession and the Northwest Florida community.

A Career Dedicated to Advocacy and Professional Excellence

A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, Megan has built a statewide Florida law practice with a particular focus on representing nurses and other healthcare professionals facing investigations and disciplinary proceedings involving their professional licenses.

Her work is centered on helping professionals navigate complex administrative and regulatory matters when their licenses, livelihoods and careers may be at stake.

In addition to her legal practice, Megan has been active in advancing professionalism and leadership within Florida’s legal community. She co-founded the Okaloosa Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (OFAWL) and was recognized with the Leader in the Law Award at the 2026 Florida Association for Women Lawyers State Convention.

Megan also serves on the First Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, further reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards within the legal profession.

An Honor Recognizing Women Who Make a Difference

The Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame was established in 1995 by the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women. The Hall of Fame recognizes women whose achievements and service have strengthened Okaloosa County and created opportunities for future generations.

The 2026 inductees represent leadership in business, healthcare, education, public service, advocacy and the arts.

Megan is honored to be included among this distinguished group of women and grateful to the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women for this recognition.

As she celebrates her induction into the Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame, Megan remains focused on the work that has defined her practice: providing experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate representation to Florida professionals facing administrative investigations and licensing matters.
